Li Yutong (李雨桐), also known as Luyee, was born on July 14, 1988, in Shanghai, China. Her original name was Li Lingyi (李泠祎/李泠祺). She grew up in a musical family, as both of her parents graduated from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, which gave her an early artistic environment. She first gained recognition as an online fashion model and later became an entrepreneur in the fashion industry, co-founding the brand UUJULY together with singer Xue Zhiqian, with whom she had a highly publicized relationship. In 2011, she participated in Hunan TV’s talent show Happy Girl, reaching the top 50 in the Shenyang division. Her name began appearing frequently in the press in 2017 due to her controversial breakup with Xue Zhiqian, where she publicly raised financial and personal disputes. Later, in 2020, she confirmed her relationship with actor Wu Yifan (吴昱翰), and in 2021 she announced the birth of her child. Beyond modeling and business, she has also worked as an actress in film and television, appearing in productions such as Romeo Equation (罗密欧方程式, 2021), Love Unexpected (一不小心捡到爱, 2021), and Xuan Yi Wei (玄衣卫, 2022).
