On the M6, Inspector Anton Sullivan pulls over a driver with a rubber boat tied to the roof of his car. Meanwhile on the M62, PC Niaz Waddington is trying to catch up with a speeding SUV, and in Cheshire, a 999 caller is alarming the police.
