Esben Holmboe Bang leaves the cold to meet one of Asia's foremost chefs, Bo Duangporn Songvisava. Despite their different cooking cultures, they should try to create a common menu. Two world-renowned chefs meet and create a 'Four Hands Menu'.

This time we meet Margot Henderson from London who visits the Philippines for the first time to get to know Margarita Fores. Together, they will create a menu that will be served at Margarita's restaurant Grace Park in Manila.

Gabrielle Hamilton from New York meets Adeline Grattard during a weekend in Paris. The goal is to create a menu, but the journey there is not easy as their cooking philosophy differs. Two world-renowned chefs meet and create a 'Four Hands Menu'.

David Chang visits his friend Magnus Nilsson in Fäviken. Their common interest, fishing, brings them together in the forests of Jämtland for three days. Two world-renowned chefs, with different backgrounds meet and create a 'Four Hands Menu'.
