Puzzled as to why the conversation about Koda upset Ayumi, Shinkai seeks out more information about the accident that occurred 12 years earlier.
9 - Can You Keep A Promise?

Koda blames himself when Shinkai incurs an injury during an emergency evacuation exercise and is rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.
