Both Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks love the TC show "Mark of the Mouse", a Zorro-like mouse hero. So Pixie disguises himself as the Mark in order to get Mr. Jinks.

Jinks heads to the laboratory and creates a potion that makes him the same size as Pixie and Dixie.

Dixie learns about hypnosis and uses a twirling watch to make Mr. Jinks think he's a dog, a bird and a mouse.
