The Studio Boss declares that the Producer needs to update her politically incorrect skills. She asks Ese to be her CSL handler. Betty wrangles Nandita to play a role and learns "Inclusion Riders" are now a passé fad.
3 - The Mixer
Air Date: October 15, 2022
Landing a role in their tentpole production, The Phoenix, Sammie is excited to attend the welcome mixer at AAA Studios. She's disappointed to find her On Call Casting acting friends there too.
4 - The Fight Club
Air Date: October 22, 2022
Battered and bruised after intense fight training, Sammie wonders why she's at the same place as her former On Call Casting colleagues. Her parents tell her the shocking truth about The Phoenix.
5 - The Balls
Air Date: October 29, 2022
Sammie goes to extreme lengths for social media likes, but it's hard to beat Vasant's Bollywood following. The studio's last-minute pivot rankles Vasant and Betty goes to the studio to fight for him, but is interrupted by disturbing news.
6 - The Fallout
Air Date: November 5, 2022
In an attempt at allyship, the studio recasts the lead role of The Phoenix and holds an Inclusivity Session. With Sammie thrown under the bus, Betty pulls all of her On Call Casting actors from the show.
7 - The Show Must Go On
Air Date: November 12, 2022
Sammie and her friends protest the studio and the fallout has huge consequences for AAA Studios.
8 - The Goal
Air Date: November 19, 2022
AAA Studios had a change of heart and Sammie gets an opportunity to make The Phoenix an authentic story with some surprising help from her parents. Betty must downsize but is still a rock for her beloved Tokens.
