2 - You Ain't Confident, You're Cocky

While at Jimi Hendrix's Electric Lady Studios, the contestants must compose lyrics to accompany an original music track.
3 - I Want Fly Beats
Air Date: January 19, 2005
The contestants use junkyard items to create a tribute to what inspires them; they then perform for students at Missy's old high school.
4 - I Feel Cowboy Sexy
Air Date: January 26, 2005
While in Nashville, Tenn., the hopefuls must remix classic country hits and perform them at a local honky tonk bar. The contestants had to sell 60 tickets for their show. 5 - Emotional Rollercoaster

As the tour travels to New Orleans, one hopeful receives news from home and must decide whether to remain in the competition.
6 - I Can Rap, I Can Sing, I Can Dance With It!

Harsh lyrics abound when the performers engage in a free-style challenge in which they critique one another.
7 - It's Worse Than a Soap Opera
Air Date: February 9, 2005
Bonds between contestants and their emotions are tested, when the final six competitors turn on each other during a challenge.
8 - That's Madonna, Right There!
Air Date: February 16, 2005
The last five performers travel by private jet to Los Angeles, where they move into a mansion and meet with Madonna, who offers some valuable advice on the music business.
9 - You Ain't Missy, You Ain't Got No Record Deal Yet
Air Date: February 23, 2005
The performers are challenged to create an original concept for a music video, but things get out of hand when one performer takes charge and ignores another.
10 - The Final Three

Deltrice, Matthew, & Jessica compete to win.
