Then, the celebrities' team work skills are pushed to the extreme as they are faced with their first Mass Catering Challenge, cooking lunch for over 100 staff at Acton Works - the central hub for repairs and upgrades to London Underground trains.

The battle for the first two semi-final places in this year's competition reaches its climax, as the four remaining celebrities are tasked with cooking a faultless two-course meal that will not only be judged by John Torode and Gregg Wallace, but also by three previous contenders - Olympic long-jumper Greg Rutherford, and TV personalities Vicky Pattison and Dom Parker. All three know what it takes to get through this competition and are in for a treat as their successors pull out all the stops to try secure their semi-final place.
