After a long stint of failed and top failed pilots, Wade Randolph cracks back into Prime Time with a mesh of live-action & cartoon reminiscent of Roger Rabbit or perhaps Cool World. When the judge who created a town for murderers is framed for murder and sent to Murder Town, he becomes Sheriff.

The Sheriff of Murder Town needs to buy a motorcycle to catch the new Motorcycle Maniac, and Julia Stiles is the girl to sell it.

The New Kids on the Block come between the friendship of a Sheriff and his rabbit companion.

It's Halloween in Murder Town, and not only does The Sheriff figure out a costume, but he also figures out who framed him for murder so long ago.
