Thieves send a little boy to do the stealing and reap the rewards. Manolette runs away and the trio help him find a new home.
3 - An Eye for an Eye

A narcotics gang kidnaps Greer's girlfriend, widow of an FBI agent. In trade they want squealer Crowley who is testifying against them.
4 - Ride the Man Down
Air Date: October 14, 1969
Pete tries to help a young woman and winds up the chief suspect in a murder. The team sets out to clear Pete of an obvious frame-up.
5 - To Linc -- with Love
Air Date: October 21, 1969
Linc's new love is evasive and secretive about her past which places a strain on their budding relationship.
6 - Lisa

The squad is unaware that the writer they are assigned to protect, has a split personality.
7 - Confrontation!
Air Date: November 11, 1969
During a campus demonstration a student protester is found dead. The protesters think he was killed by the police and the police think he was killed by another student.
8 - Willie Poor Boy

An illerate small time crook gets caught when he can't read the sign warning of danger. The squad rallies to help him if he cooperates with the law and snitches on his partner, who is responsible for the death of the security guard.
9 - The Death of Bill Hannachek
Air Date: November 25, 1969
Julie poses as a singer at a Country Western bar to find out the real reason behind Wild Bill Hannachek's death.
10 - A Place to Run, A Heart to Hide In
Air Date: December 2, 1969
Pete, Linc and Julie go undercover at Sims College to investigate a frat boy's mysterious death. Pete plays a running back, Linc an African exchange student, and Julie the object of desire for the star quarterback.
11 - The Healer
Air Date: December 9, 1969
The Mod Squad sets to work busting an extortion racket run by a self-styled healer responsible for the death of Linc's friend. Julie befriends a wheelchair-bound man paying large sums for empty promises that his paralysis will be cured.
12 - In This Corner -- Sol Albert
Air Date: December 16, 1969
Tenants revolt against a racist slum lord and threaten the wrong person. Trio confronts the slum lord to no avail, until interventions from the Rabbi Tannenbaum convince him otherwise.
13 - Never Give the Fuzz an Even Break

Con artist Admiral Nathaniel Johnson takes on the trio and teaches them the art of the con. They comply and become enamored of the Admirals ways and realize too late they are being conned themselves.
14 - The Debt

15 - Sweet Child of Terror

17 - A Town Called Sincere

While on a motorcycle trip to Mexico, Pete and Linc are detoured by a biker gang into a border town and held hostage along with all of the town's residents. The gang refuses to leave until they find out who in the town killed two of their members.
18 - The Exile

19 - Survival House

Sammy Davis Jr. plays Billy Lee Watson, a recovered drug addict who is accused of statutory rape by his alleged victim's father, who wants to close down the halfway house Billy has been appointed director of. Billy was trying to help the girl, who is herself addicted, and pregnant.
20 - Mother of Sorrow

Pete's fraternity brother is framed for murder.
21 - The Deadly Sin
Air Date: February 24, 1970

22 - A Time for Remembering

Beau Graves is released from prison after the trio put him there two years ago. Pete is trying to decide whether or not to quit the trio and work for his dad. Flashbacks to previous episodes after Linc is shot make it clear to everyone the importance of their ""family"".
23 - Return to Darkness, Return to Light

25 - Should Auld Acquaintance Be Forgot!

Pete, Linc, and Julie go undercover working on a film project on which strange accidents have occurred. The film is based on a twenty-year old murder mystery, and the director believes the real killer is trying to sabotage it because he fears his identity will be revealed.
26 - The Loser
Air Date: April 7, 1970
After he tries to stop a runaway car, the son of a former cop and friend of Captain Greer is charged with stealing the vehicle. Then it is learned that the car, which belonged to a judicial candidate's campaign worker, was also involved in a hit-and-run. The trio goes undercover at the candidate's headquarters to further investigate.
