Jamie makes jerk chicken with jalapeno flatbreads for Jazzie B from Soul II Soul and cooks an Indian dosa in his festival camp kitchen. Jamie cooks skewered fish over a fire with his pal Gennaro Contaldo, and sliced beef on hot rocks, before sharing chilli chocolate and churros with Willie Harcourt-Cooze and Norman Jay. The programme includes performances from Soul II Soul and The Guillemots.
2 - Day Out

Jamie cooks beautiful sticky ribs for the Shoreditch Sisters and then smokes succulent prawns and trout in a tin bucket. He also rustles up a breakfast for some people who stayed up overnight smoking meat for a BBQ competition, and is joined by some young pals to help make his messiest, most delicious cake ever. The programme includes performances from The Mystery Jets and The Charlatans.
3 - Barbecue

Jamie makes an amazing packed lunch for a festival picnic - a portable chilli - and Jamie and Gennaro Contaldo rack up the fire pit for some spit-roast chicken. Lastly, Jamie gets spicy, serving up awesome Moroccan burgers.
