4 - Challenge: Tag Team Cakes
Air Date: September 21, 2008
All bets are off in this Challenge, as eight top pastry chefs decorate cakes in teams of two. The only thing is, the chefs won't know who their partners are until moments before the competition begins. The winning team shares a $10,000 prize and gold medals.

Four top pastry chefs compete to build four famous bridges with rice cereal treats. Can these pastry chefs replicate some of the world's greatest architectural feats? Or will their bridges collapse? The winner earns a gold medal and a $10,000 prize.
9 - Challenge: Texas Steak Cook-Off
Awesome amateur grillers from all over the country descend on Hico, Texas to put their steak recipes on the line. Best ribeye gets a gold medal and $2500 grand prize.
10 - Battle of the Brides
Four cake artists are in for a surprise when they learn they'll be designing wedding cakes for brides they've just met, and the brides will actually be assisting them. Will these novice bridezillas help or hurt them in their quest to create the perfect wedding cake? The stakes are high, since the winning chef gets $10,000 and the winning bride assistant gets to have her dream cake recreated at her wedding.

Four master chocolatiers will try to replicate world-famous sculptures using only chocolate. Will a twelve-hundred pound chocolate sculpture make it to the judge's table without crashing to the floor? If so, its creator has a shot at the $10,000 prize.

Three top Italian chefs face off for a $10K prize to put a new twist on the Italian family recipes that they grew up with. What these chefs don't know is that their families have come to help them cook.
