A time capsule rolls into the shop in the form of a 1983 Silverado with exactly 69.2 miles on it. The owner passed away last year, but now his daughter wants to finish turning his truck into a modern muscle car under the hood.

Amanda and Shag stumble upon a '73 Vega with a rich history and a seller anxious to see his car restored to glory. They plan to chop the top and add a ginormous engine, but first they must tackle over 40 years of rust and grime.

It's a race to the finish line for the 1973 Vega. Joe and the team are determined to transform a rusted, hornet-infested clunker into a mean street racing machine, in what may be their most dramatic transformation yet.
