1 - East Coast Auditions

In the series premiere of High School Musical: Get in the Picture, Nick Lachey hosts the West Coast auditions, in which teens sing their hearts out to make it to the next round.

2 - Eastern Semifinals & Finals

The eastern semi-finalists sing and dance hoping to secure a spot in the finals, and the ones selected will perform duets at a theme park in Orlando, Florida. And six competitors get selected to visit the HSM Campus.

3 - West Coast Auditions

4 - Western Semifinals and Finals

West coast semi-finalists dance and sing solo to make the cut. The finalist are paired to do a duet and four must go home.

5 - Want to Be In High School Musical 3?

The finalists must share their first impressions with each other. They visit the set of High School Musical 3 where they get a few big surprises.

6 - Let Go

The finalists perform their hearts out in the middle of a department store. Shock turns into the contestants, when they find out, one will be going home.

The contestants tackle the challenge of performing "High School Musical" in four different languages as they rehearse for their first group performance.

10 - Other People's Shoes

The contestants take part in an acting exercise that allows them to branch out and explore personality traits and musical styles very different from their own. Later, the kids put a new spin on some classic '80s songs.
