Dani Raber ignores Strunz's blackmail; Zingg is freed from being a murder suspect but Kagi stays on his trail. Rosa Wilder hopes her sick father agrees to undergo treatment.

The party organised by the Räbers to celebrate the end of the dam project is overshadowed by a tragic accident; Kägi asks Rosa to help him with his investigation; Strunz, who needs money in a hurry, prepares for a kidnapping.

Rosa's son and father have been kidnapped by Strunz. To free them, she'll need to take risks. The accountant Liechti risks going to prison if Strunz is arrested and confesses. The noose is also tightening around.
