16 - Butte

Adam tries a local staple: the pasty, a delicious meat and vegetable-filled pastry whose culinary tradition is as old as the mines that gave Butte the nickname the "Richest Hill on Earth."

17 - Sacramento

Adam Richman is in sunny Sacramento, California, for a taste of the Golden State. His challenge is to face-off with 5-lbs. of chili-smothered hot dogs in the Knucklehead Challenge at Parkers Hot Dogs.
