A new group of Ninja Heroes attempt to complete TV's toughest obstacle course. The hunt is on to find two champions as the UK's top female and male competitors take on the toughest and most challenging course ever.

2 - Heat 2

The challenge continues with Heat 2, where there's more knockout competitions and races against Elite Ninjas. Featuring new courses, new obstacles, and new challenges designed as the ultimate test of strength, speed and courage.

3 - Heat 3

The hunt continues to find the UK's men and women's Ninja Warrior UK: Race for Glory Champions. Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara host as a new group of everyday heroes attempt to complete TV's toughest obstacle course.

It's the Grand Final, and with only 16 contestants remaining to face the very toughest obstacles that the course has to offer, two will be crowned - one man and one woman who finally make it to the top of Mount Midoriyama.
