Charlene's night of romance is interrupted by her older sister Darlene, when she shows up after leaving her husband. Younger sister Marlene later drops by after losing her job as a toll-collector.
2 - Bend Me, Shape Me

Charlene convinces her sisters and her boyfriend to join a health club. After hearing two women make fun of their size, Charlene wants to quit but is too humiliated to tell Marlene, Darlene, and Ronnie why she doesn't want to go back.
3 - Everything But Love

Determined to cheer up Darlene, Charlene insists on taking her to the laundramat to find a suitable companion.
4 - The One Where Charlene Meets Ronnie's Mother
Air Date: October 11, 1990
Charlene dreads meeting Ronnie's mom. After much convincing, Charlene goes to meet her at a restaurant and manages to insult her before they are even introduced. Determined to make things right, Charlene invites Ronnie's mother over for dinner, only to find that nothing will satisfy her.

Darlene finds it difficult to control her anger when Wilbur demands spousal support.

In this ""Fantasy Island"" spoof, the sisters visit Club Cabo. There they meet a tacky showman, a lecherous dwarf and perhaps, the men of their dreams.
8 - Marlene's Problem

When Charlene's interference gets Marlene fired as the Hefty Hose girl, she finds a job on a soap opera. Meanwhile, Darlene dog-sits a seemingly-sweet puppy who turns out to be more than she can handle.
9 - The Thanksgiving Show

Faced with the dreaded ""eating season"", the sisters decide not to have a Thanksgiving dinnner. After meeting a homeless orphan, they plan a real Thanksgiving dinner for him.
10 - Ribs
Air Date: December 6, 1990
While Ronnie is away, the sisters try to keep the restaurant filled with customers. When Ronnie returns, he has some unexpected news for Charlene.
11 - Rent Strike
Air Date: December 20, 1990
When no one in their apartment building can get the slumlord to make needed repairs, the sisters convince the other tenants to go along with a rent strike. Later, they learn that the title to the building has been transferred to them...making them the slumlords.
12 - Most Likely to Succeed

With her high school reunion quickly approaching, Charlene sets out to accomplish everything possible to impress her old classmates.
13 - All Bummed Out

Charlene, Marlene and Darlene decide to make a difference in the life of a homeless man. After cleaning him up and working with him, he finds a job. The sisters begin to wonder if they have created a monster when he begins exploiting others.

Marlene finds a new job at a video dating service. The Gilbert sisters find themselves in competition for the affections of one of the customers, who wants to date all three.

Charlene gets a job with Dolly Parton as a makeup artist.

Air Date: February 14, 1991
Charlene and Marlen head north to Alaska to find the men of their dreams. Meanwhile, Darlene has a little fling of her own at home.

The Gilbert sister's mother comes for a visit.

When Marlene is ready to give up dating, she meets a tempting perfect partner in a punk record store.

When a buyer for a department store places an order for Charlene's unique designs, the sisters decide to become fashion designers. They soon realize that starting a business is not as easy as it seems.
20 - Not Married with Children

Darlene is required to perform community service at a child-care facility. Being a confirmed child-hater, she surprises everyone when she becomes so attached to the children, she considers having one of her own.
21 - 11 Angry Men and Charlene

Charlene decides jury duty isn't so bad when she meets a handsome, civic-minded fellow juror.
22 - Three's a Crowd

When the apartment is deemed overcrowded, Marlene and Darlene decide to move out and be on their own.
